Riders can easily schedule rides in advance to cater to their needs, with the option to pay for services through insurance, vouchers, donations, or membership fees. Additionally, the program provides private and shared rides, accommodating individual preferences for a more personalized experience. Accepting various payment methods such as credit cards, cash, and Medicaid, this program aims to make transportation accessible to older adults. Furthermore, riders can benefit from additional services like assistance with packages, on-demand scheduling, and the convenience of door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation.
