Additionally, a dedicated driver is available to wait for passengers, offering assistance with packages or bags as needed. Moreover, Transportation Services accommodates Medicaid payments and accepts credit cards for ease of payment. Special rates are available for regular trips, with a minimum 4-hour requirement per booking. To utilize this program, riders are encouraged to schedule their rides at least one week in advance to secure their desired transportation times. By providing flexible and personalized transportation options, Transportation Services aims to support older adults in maintaining their independence and staying connected to their communities.
