Access Chemung offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing riders to book their transportation at least one day in advance, and in some cases, a few days or up to a week in advance. Accepted payment methods include insurance, vouchers, coupons, donations, and Medicaid payments, catering to various financial situations. Riders can opt for membership or pay flat fees for their trips, with the option to pre-pay using credit cards, checks, or cash. The program also provides door-to-door service, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience for older adults with the added convenience of a driver who can wait during appointments or errands.
