Provides rides for only the following purposes: medical appointments. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old. No membership is required.

The Medical Transportation program offers older adults the opportunity to access transportation services through the use of donated vehicles. This service is available at a suggested donation rate of $8 per round trip for rides within Putnam County and $15 per round trip for rides outside of the county. Riders are required to schedule their trips at least a few days in advance, allowing for efficient planning and coordination of transportation needs. Payments for the service can be made conveniently by either cash or check, providing flexibility for riders. The program utilizes both cars and vans to ensure comfortable and reliable transportation for older adults. It is recommended to schedule rides at least 10 days in advance to secure a spot and receive curb-to-curb transportation assistance, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for older adults utilizing the program.
