Riders can schedule their trips in advance, with options to book rides on-demand or on a fixed schedule. The program is flexible in accepting different forms of payment, including insurance, vouchers, donations, and credit cards. Additionally, Medicaid payments are also accepted for those eligible. For riders requiring assistance, the program offers paratransit services that cater to individuals with disabilities, providing door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation. Service animals are permitted on rides, ensuring accessibility for all passengers. The program aims to make transportation easy and reliable for older adults by offering shared rides, where multiple passengers can travel together, and by providing drivers who are willing to wait for passengers during errands or appointments.
