Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old, you have a disability, or you have no other means of transportation. No membership is required.

Assisted Transportation is a flexible and convenient program designed to provide non-emergency medical transportation for individuals who may require assistance getting to medical appointments, running errands, or attending social engagements. This program offers the convenience of utilizing taxi services for transportation and can also arrange private rides using cars or vans. To access this program, older adults are able to schedule rides in advance, typically requiring at least a day's notice, and have the option to pay for services through insurance, vouchers, donations, or credit card payments. Additionally, Assisted Transportation is a paratransit service, ensuring accessibility and support for riders with mobility challenges or disabilities. Riders can expect assistance with packages or bags and are welcome to bring service animals along for the journey. Whether passengers need curb-to-curb or door-to-door transportation, Assisted Transportation strives to accommodate their needs. With the option for shared rides, fixed route services via bus or train, and drivers who can wait during appointments or errands, this program offers a comprehensive solution for older adults seeking reliable and inclusive transportation options.
