Riders have the flexibility to request the service at a flat fee or an hourly rate, regardless of the assistance required. Upon scheduling a ride at least a few days in advance, a courteous driver will be assigned to provide door-to-door transportation. The driver is also available to wait for the passenger while they run errands or attend appointments. Additionally, riders can utilize the service to transport packages or bags. Payment for the service can be made in various ways, including by check, credit card, or cash, making it convenient for older adults to access this beneficial transportation option.
