Riders have the flexibility to schedule rides in advance, with a minimum notice of a few days, making it easier to plan their outings and appointments. Scheduling rides is made simple by contacting TripLink before 11:00 am the day before the ride is needed, allowing for efficient coordination of transportation. Additionally, the program offers door-to-door services, ensuring that older adults can get to their destinations safely and conveniently.
