With a flat fee of $2.00 per ride, RITA offers convenient and reliable transportation options via bus, train, or van. Payment can be made by check or cash, with the option for pre-payment for added convenience. RITA aims to enhance mobility for older adults by providing shared rides and curb-to-curb transportation services. To ensure timely scheduling, it is recommended to book rides a minimum of three days in advance, with a required minimum one-week advance notice for all ride requests. This program prioritizes the convenience and comfort of older adults, supporting their independence and ability to navigate their community with ease.
