Provides rides for any purpose, to all people, and no membership is required.

The Public Transportation program offers convenient and reliable transportation services for older adults. This non-emergency medical transportation program provides various transportation options, including private rides in cars, taxis, or vans, as well as public transit services like buses or trains. Riders can schedule their rides in advance, with the flexibility of on-demand scheduling for shared rides. To access this program, older adults can pay with insurance, vouchers, coupons, donations, credit cards, cash, or Medicaid. Some may qualify for free services, while others may be charged a flat fee or based on mileage and zones traveled. Additionally, riders can pre-pay for their trips or pay a membership fee to access exclusive benefits. For added convenience, the program offers door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation services, accommodating riders with service animals and providing assistance with packages or bags. With the option of a driver waiting during errands or appointments, older adults can travel comfortably and securely to their destinations.
