For individuals requiring wheelchair accessibility, the program offers a flat rate of $60 for one-way trips, while ambulatory patients can enjoy rides up to 5 miles for $15, with additional mileage rates applying for longer distances. Additionally, the program accepts Medicaid payments, check, credit card, and cash, accommodating diverse payment preferences. Riders can benefit from door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation, with the option for a driver to wait during errands or appointments, enhancing the overall convenience and accessibility of the service.
