Memberships and flat fees are charged, with the option to pay using Medicaid, checks, credit cards, or cash. This paratransit program offers assistance with packages and bags, while also accommodating service animals for riders' comfort and convenience. In addition to offering private rides, this program provides shared transportation options, such as bus or train services, and van transportation along fixed routes. Door-to-door and curb-to-curb services are available, allowing older adults to get to their destinations seamlessly. With on-demand scheduling and the option for drivers to wait during appointments or errands, the In-Home Care transportation program ensures that older adults have access to flexible and accommodating transportation services.
