Provides rides for any purpose, to all people, and no membership is required.

The Orange-Chapel Hill Connector program offers non-emergency medical transportation services to the community. This public transit program provides transportation through taxis and ensures that older adults can access necessary medical appointments and other essential destinations. Riders are required to schedule their trips at least one day in advance and have the option to pay for the service through insurance, vouchers, donations, or a membership fee. This paratransit program accommodates riders with packages or bags and provides door-to-door transportation for added convenience. The program's pricing structure includes a flat fee for the general public, discounted rates for students, and free transportation for individuals aged 60 and above. Riders can also pay using Medicaid, checks, credit cards, or cash. With on-demand scheduling available, older adults can access shared rides and private transportation services via cars or vans that follow fixed routes. Additionally, the Orange-Chapel Hill Connector program allows for pre-payment and accepts credit card payments, offering a flexible and accessible transportation option for older adults in the community.
