This program offers affordable one-way fares of $2.20 for adults and a discounted rate of $1.10 for individuals qualifying as seniors or with disabilities. Paratransit operates utilizing buses or trains and requires riders to schedule their trips in advance, typically a few days ahead of the planned travel date. Charlotte, Davidson, Huntersville, Pineville, Ballantyne, Cornelius, Matthews, and Mint Hill. The Paratransit service area is defined as the area up to ¾ of a mile on either side of an existing fixed or local bus route. Service is available on the same days and times that the fixed-route in the area are operating.
