Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old. No membership is required.

The Transportation Services Program offers a convenient and cost-effective way for older adults to get around. Participants can enjoy two complimentary rides each week, with the option to pay a fee for additional rides when the AppalCart service is available in their area. Transportation is provided through bus or train services, with the added benefit of shared van rides for a more communal experience. The service offers curb-to-curb transportation, making it easier for older adults to reach their desired destinations with minimal hassle.
