Riders are required to schedule their rides at least one day in advance, and can pay for the service using insurance, vouchers, coupons, donations, or a membership fee. The program also offers the flexibility of accepting Medicaid payments, pre-payments, credit card payments, or cash. This program operates as a paratransit service, ensuring that older adults receive assistance with packages or bags while providing transportation options such as private rides, shared rides, and door-to-door service. Additionally, the Fixed Route program features a fixed schedule for pickups and drops-offs, allowing for planned transportation with the option of on-demand scheduling.
