Riders can schedule rides in advance, with options for private car rides as well as shared van transportation along fixed routes. This program accepts various payment methods, including insurance, vouchers, donations, and credit card payments, with pricing typically ranging between $60-$100 per ride. For those eligible, Medicaid payments are also accepted.
One of the key features of this program is its flexibility in scheduling, allowing for on-demand rides or advance bookings up to a week ahead. Additionally, riders can request assistance with packages or bags and may be accompanied by service animals. Door-to-door service is available, ensuring a comfortable and accessible transportation experience for older adults needing to attend appointments, run errands, or travel within the community.
