Provides rides for any purpose, to all people, and no membership is required.

The Deviated Fixed Route program is a non-emergency medical transportation program that offers transportation services for older adults through taxis as part of the public transit system. Riders have the convenience of scheduling their rides at least one day in advance and can pay for their trips using insurance, vouchers, coupons, donations, Medicaid, or other payment methods like credit cards, cash, or checks. There is a flat fee of $2 one way for each ride. This program provides private car rides and allows on-demand scheduling for shared rides with door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation options. Additionally, riders can have a driver wait for them while they run errands or attend appointments. Service animals are welcome on these transportation services, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive experience for all older adults who rely on this paratransit program. With its varied payment options and flexible scheduling, the Deviated Fixed Route program aims to make transportation accessible and convenient for older adults in need of reliable and affordable rides to their destinations.
