Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, grocery shopping, or social or recreational purposes. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you have a disability. No membership is required.

The Transportation, In-home care, Consumer directed care, and Assistive Technology Services program offers older adults convenient and affordable transportation options. Rides can be scheduled for a cost of $14 for a one-way trip or $28 for a roundtrip, starting January 1, 2025. Payment can be made by check or cash, with the option for pre-payment for added convenience. This program provides shared van rides on a fixed schedule, ensuring reliable transportation for older adults. To secure a ride, it is recommended to schedule at least two weeks in advance. The service offers curb-to-curb transportation, making it easier for older adults to access essential services and activities in their community. Overall, this program aims to support older adults in maintaining their independence and staying connected through accessible transportation services.
