Interfaith Outreach: Transportation Service

Learn More About This Program

Please make sure to contact Interfaith Outreach: Transportation Service to confirm details of their transportation services.

The Transportation Service program offers older adults the opportunity to access transportation services through donated car rides. This program is cost-free, although donations are encouraged to support its sustainability. Riders can utilize this service to travel and receive assistance with carrying packages or bags. To ensure a seamless experience, riders are required to schedule their rides in advance, ideally a few days beforehand. By using the Rides In Advance service, older adults can easily arrange transportation to their desired destinations with the help of generous donors.

Service Area

Pickups are made in Long Lake, Medina, Minnetonka Beach, Wayzata, Hamel and Medicine Lake. Trips may be taken to Minneapolis/St. Paul Medical centers.
