The Transportation Service program offers non-emergency medical transportation for older adults through taxi services, public transit, and paratransit options. Riders are required to schedule their rides in advance, with the flexibility to book on-demand trips as well. The program supports various payment methods including insurance, vouchers, donations, membership fees, flat fees, and Medicaid payments, making it accessible to a wide range of individuals. Pricing details include free rides with encouraged donations, as well as options for pre-payment and credit card payments. Riders can choose between private rides, shared rides, and transportation services following fixed routes, depending on their preferences. Additionally, the program provides door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation, allowing for a smooth and convenient travel experience for older adults. Riders are permitted to bring service animals on their journeys, ensuring their comfort and independence throughout the transportation service.

Pickups are made in Long Lake, Medina, Minnetonka Beach, Wayzata, Hamel and Medicine Lake. Trips may be taken to Minneapolis/St. Paul Medical centers.
