Provides rides for any purpose, to all people, and no membership is required.

SouthWest Prime Service is a paratransit program designed to provide convenient and affordable transportation options for individuals in need. Riders can enjoy the convenience of curb-to-curb transportation, ensuring a smooth journey from pick-up to drop-off. The program offers shared rides, allowing multiple passengers to travel together for a more cost-effective and sustainable transit experience. One of the key features of SouthWest Prime Service is its flexible pricing structure. While the standard fare for a one-way trip is $4.00, there is a discounted fare of $2.00 available for older adults and individuals with disabilities during specific times, excluding Mondays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Riders have the option to pre-pay for their trips and can make payments using either cash or check. To utilize this service, riders are required to schedule their trips in advance, providing a few days' notice to ensure timely arrangements. Additionally, passengers are welcome to bring their service animals on board, promoting inclusivity and accessibility for all riders. When booking a ride through SouthWest Prime Service, passengers can take advantage of the Rides In Advance feature, streamlining the reservation process for added convenience and peace of mind.
