Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, or medical appointments. It's open to the public and no membership is required.

The Volunteer Driver Program offers transportation services for older adults through the use of volunteer drivers who use their cars. This program allows payment through insurance and credit cards, and riders can contact RTC to get a cost estimate for their trip. For new clients, a deposit of half the estimated cost is required upfront. It is recommended to schedule rides with a few days' notice through Rides In Advance to secure transportation. The program provides curb-to-curb service, ensuring that older adults are safely transported to their destinations.
