Provides rides for any purpose, as long as you meet one of the following criteria: you have a disability, or you have no other means of transportation.

The Transportation Program offers a convenient and flexible non-emergency medical transportation option for older adults. This program provides transportation services through taxis, private cars, buses, trains, and vans. Riders can schedule rides in advance to ensure timely pickups, and the program accommodates on-demand scheduling for added convenience. Pricing is accessible, with a suggested donation of $5.00 per ride, and payment options include insurance, vouchers, donations, check, pre-payment, and credit card. Additionally, Medicaid payments are accepted, making the program financially feasible for many older adults. One of the key features of the Transportation Program is its commitment to accessibility and inclusivity. Riders are allowed to bring service animals on board, and the program provides door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation services. For those requiring additional assistance, there are drivers available to wait for passengers during errands or appointments. Furthermore, the program offers shared rides, ensuring a cost-effective and environmentally friendly mode of transportation. Whether older adults need to attend medical appointments, run errands, or simply travel around the community, the Transportation Program provides a safe and reliable transportation solution. By catering to the unique needs of older adults and offering a variety of payment options, this program aims to enhance mobility and independence for its riders.
