Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, or medical appointments. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old, or you are a veteran. No membership is required.

The Volunteer Transportation program offers non-emergency medical transportation services to older adults via taxis or car rides. This program allows older adults to schedule rides in advance, ensuring they can reach their medical appointments or run errands with ease. The pricing details include suggested donations of $5 for trips within Anoka County and $10 for trips outside the county, but donations are not required to receive a ride. In addition to providing individual private rides, Volunteer Transportation also offers shared van services on fixed routes, allowing older adults to travel conveniently and safely. This program is inclusive and permits riders to bring service animals along for the journey. Moreover, Volunteer Transportation assists older adults by accommodating packages or bags during their rides, ensuring their comfort and convenience throughout the trip.

Services are provided throughout the Twin Cities region. This includes Veterans Administration medical facilities (including the VA in St. Cloud) and Anoka County Government Offices (for clients).
