The Taxi Ticket Program is a flexible non-emergency medical transportation service designed to assist older adults in accessing necessary transportation for medical appointments, errands, and other essential trips. This program operates on an hourly rate basis and offers convenient door-to-door transportation via taxi. Riders can schedule rides in advance, typically requiring at least a day's notice, and have the option to pay via insurance, vouchers, coupons, donations, or even Medicaid payments. With pricing details set at $1.75 per token, riders can purchase tokens in advance for trips ranging from two to four tokens per one-way trip, depending on the zone. This program also provides additional support such as assistance with packages or bags and permits service animals to accompany riders. Furthermore, the Taxi Ticket Program offers the convenience of various payment methods including cash, credit card, and check, ensuring a seamless and accessible transportation experience for older adults in need of reliable transit options.

Zone 1: Wyandotte, Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, Copeland Center, Southgate Meijer's. Zone 2: Allen Park, Lincoln Park, Riverview, Southgate. Zone 3: Oakwood & Heritage Hospitals, Downtown Trenton, Southland Mall, Gross Ise.
