Registered riders benefit from reduced fares of $4.00 for one-way trips and $6.00 for subscription trips. The Metro Connect Access Fare is set at $3.00. Additionally, the program provides door-to-door transportation, assisting riders with packages or bags, and offers a driver who can wait for passengers during errands or appointments.

Services available throughout the Greater Kalamazoo area including Vine, Edison, Eastwood, Kalamazoo Township, and Comstock Northwest. The Metro County Connect ADA Access service area extends 3/4 of a mile beyond any of the fixed-route bus lines. Access riders are eligible for the Access fare when traveling in this service area.
