This program accommodates various payment methods, including insurance, vouchers, donations, credit cards, checks, cash, and Medicaid payments. For convenience, riders can opt for door-to-door transportation, shared rides, or fixed-route services. There is flexibility in pricing, with options such as hourly rates, flat fees, or per mile charges. The program provides paratransit services, allowing older adults to bring along service animals and receive assistance with packages or bags. In addition, riders can enjoy the benefit of a personal driver who will wait for them during errands or appointments.
