This paratransit service assists older adults with door-to-door transportation, allowing for additional services such as carrying packages or bags. Riders have the option to request a driver to wait for them during appointments or errands. The program ensures accessibility by permitting service animals onboard and offering curb-to-curb or shared ride services.
