Your Ride is a transportation program designed to provide convenient and affordable travel options for older adults. The program offers flat-rate pricing, with different fares depending on eligibility: $3.50 per one-way trip for the general public, $2.25 for ADA certified riders, and reduced fare eligible individuals also pay $2.25 per ride. To utilize the Your Ride program, older adults must schedule their trips in advance, allowing for proper planning and coordination. Payment for the services can be made via check or cash, providing flexibility for riders. Transportation is offered through shared van rides, ensuring a social and cost-effective way to travel to various destinations. Your Ride offers curb-to-curb transportation services, making it easier for older adults to access the program without worrying about mobility limitations. Additionally, riders are allowed to travel with their service animals, offering further support and inclusivity for those who require assistance animals for travel.
