To utilize this service, riders must schedule their trips at least one day in advance, allowing for efficient planning. Payment options for this program include insurance coverage, vouchers, coupons, donations, and Medicaid payments. Riders can benefit from a flat fee of $3.00 per one-way trip, making this program cost-effective and convenient. Additionally, the ADA Paratransit Services program offers private rides and assists riders with packages or bags as needed. The program ensures inclusivity by allowing service animals to accompany riders during their journeys. Service Area

The bus will deviate up to 3/4 miles from the fixed route. SMART provides service to any origin or destination within the service area if the fixed route bus provides the same trip.
