When using this service, older adults are encouraged to plan their trips in advance to ensure timely transportation. Requests for non-medical appointments should be made at least one week ahead, while medical appointment rides can be scheduled up to two weeks prior. By coordinating rides at least a week in advance, riders can secure curb-to-curb transportation for a smooth and reliable journey to their destination. The County Ride program is designed to support older adults in accessing transportation for a variety of needs in a convenient and cost-effective manner.
