Provides rides for any purpose, to all people, and no membership is required.

The ADA Paratransit Program offers a convenient and accessible transportation option for individuals with disabilities or challenges that prevent them from using traditional public transportation services. This program ensures that older adults can travel safely and independently by providing door-to-door transportation service. Riders can schedule their trips in advance, allowing for better planning and peace of mind. The program features a flat fee structure, with ADA trips starting at $2.50 for local and adjoining towns, going up to $3.50, and a systemwide maximum fare of $9.00. Non-ADA trips have a base fare of $7.50, with an additional $2.50 charge per extra town traveled. Payments can be made in advance, including the option to use a credit card for added convenience. Utilizing vans for transportation, the ADA Paratransit Program also offers shared rides, making it a cost-effective and environmentally friendly choice for older adults in need of transportation. With curb-to-curb service, this program ensures that riders are safely transported from their pickup location to their destination, promoting independence and mobility.
