Provides rides for only the following purposes: medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old. No membership is required.
The Transportation Service Program offers older adults convenient and affordable transportation options. Riders can donate $1.00 per ride, making it a cost-effective choice for getting around. This program utilizes buses, trains, and vans, providing a variety of transportation modes to suit different needs.
To access this program, riders can pay with cash or check, offering flexibility in payment methods. When planning a trip, riders are encouraged to make reservations at least one week in advance and up to two months ahead of time to secure their transportation. The program ensures a hassle-free experience by offering curb-to-curb transportation, making journeys smoother and more accessible for older adults.
