Riders can schedule their trips in advance, allowing for seamless planning of medical appointments, visits to the senior center, or other essential destinations. Payment methods are flexible, ranging from insurance coverage, Medicaid payments, vouchers, to cash, credit card, or check payments.
Additionally, the program provides additional assistance, such as helping riders with packages or bags, supporting those with service animals, and offering wait times for passengers running errands or attending appointments. Whether it's a scheduled ride a few days in advance or an on-demand shared ride, the Senior Transportation program aims to enhance older adults' mobility and independence by providing reliable and accessible transportation services tailored to their needs.
