With a simple flat fee structure of $2.00 for a one-way trip or $3.00 for a round trip, this program aims to make transportation affordable for older adults on a budget. To use this service, riders need to schedule their trips in advance, typically a few days beforehand, ensuring timely and reliable transportation.
This program features shared rides in comfortable vans, allowing older adults to travel together and engage with fellow community members. Payment can be easily made either by check or in cash, providing flexibility for riders. Additionally, Medical Transportation Services offers curb-to-curb transportation, ensuring that older adults are assisted from the pick-up point to their destination, offering peace of mind and convenience throughout the journey. Whether traveling to medical appointments or other important errands, older adults can rely on Medical Transportation Services for safe and affordable transportation options.

Hopedale, Milford and Upton. Please note that we transport to Milford pharmacies for prescription drugs. We also transport to Boston, Worcester, Providence, Framingham, Natick, Franklin, and Bellingham. Call for fares for these trips.
