Provides rides for any purpose, as long as you meet one of the following criteria: you are 60+ years old, or you have a disability.

The Transportation Program provides convenient and affordable transportation services for older adults in the community. Riders can enjoy a flat fee of $2.50 for a round trip within Holden, and $3 for a round trip to surrounding towns. To access this program, individuals are kindly asked to schedule their rides a few days in advance, ensuring smooth coordination of transportation needs. This program offers shared rides in a comfortable van, promoting a sense of community among passengers. Payment for the service can be made either by check or in cash, providing flexibility for riders. Additionally, the Transportation Program offers curb-to-curb transportation, prioritizing the safety and comfort of older adults throughout their journey. When utilizing this program, older adults can rely on reliable transportation services to reach their desired destinations while enjoying the convenience of shared rides and affordable pricing options.
