Riders can choose to schedule rides in advance, with options for same-day service or booking up to a week ahead.
Depending on the location and distance traveled, pricing for rides varies, with rates such as $2 for trips within St. Francisville, $5 for journeys within the Parish, $5 to reach Jackson, and $10 for transportation to Baton Rouge. Payment methods include insurance, vouchers, donations, and credit cards, making it easy for older adults to access the transportation they need.
In addition to individual rides, the program also offers shared transportation and paratransit services, catering to the diverse needs of older adults in the community. Whether clients require assistance with packages, prefer door-to-door service, or need a driver to wait during appointments, the program strives to make transportation accessible and accommodating for older adults.
