Provides rides for only the following purposes: medical appointments. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are a veteran. No membership is required.

The Veterans Transportation Service (VTP) offers older adults a valuable non-emergency medical transportation program that provides shared van rides for those needing to access medical appointments or services. The service is free of charge and requires riders to schedule their transportation in advance, typically a few days prior to the appointment to ensure availability. By utilizing the Rides In Advance feature, older adults can conveniently book their rides with peace of mind. Through the VTP, older adults can rely on safe and reliable transportation to reach important medical visits without the stress of planning their own way there. This program is designed to support older adults in accessing the care they need while ensuring a seamless and comfortable transportation experience. By offering shared rides, VTP not only assists in fulfilling medical mobility needs but also fosters a sense of community among older adults who may be traveling to similar destinations.
