To make the service accessible, MOCO Transit accepts various forms of payment, including insurance, vouchers, donations, checks, pre-payment, and credit cards, catering to different preferences. There are flexible payment options such as a flat fee per trip or a $2 round trip pricing structure. Additionally, riders can utilize Medicaid payments for eligible services. The program also offers additional assistance, such as accommodating service animals, assisting with packages, and providing door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation, ensuring a comfortable and seamless journey.
