Provides rides for any purpose, to all people, and no membership is required.

The Public Transportation program offers a convenient and reliable way for older adults to get around using public transit services. Participants in this program can utilize various forms of transportation such as buses and trains, making it easier to travel to appointments, run errands, and stay connected with the community. One of the key features of this program is the option for paratransit, ensuring that individuals with mobility challenges have access to specialized transportation services as needed. Riders in this program have the flexibility to schedule their trips in advance, with the recommendation to book at least 72 hours before the desired travel time. This allows for efficient planning and coordination of transportation needs, ensuring that older adults can get to their destinations on time. Additionally, the program offers curb-to-curb transportation, providing an extra level of assistance for those who may require support from the moment they step out of their homes until they reach their final destination. Through the Public Transportation program, older adults can benefit from a cost-effective and accessible way to travel around their community, promoting independence and enhancing their overall quality of life.
