Provides rides for any purpose, to all people, and no membership is required.

The Public Transportation & Intercity Transportation program offers a convenient way for older adults to access non-emergency medical transportation services through taxis, buses, or trains. Riders are required to schedule their rides in advance, ensuring timely pickups. Payment options include insurance, vouchers, donations, and membership fees, with a pricing structure of $1 per mile for both in-county and out-of-county trips. This program also accommodates Medicaid payments and various payment methods such as checks, credit cards, and cash. Additionally, the program provides door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation services, making it easier for older adults to reach their destinations. Riders can schedule rides on-demand, benefiting from shared rides and a driver assistance feature where the driver can wait while the passenger runs errands or attends appointments. Service animals are welcome onboard, ensuring that riders’ needs are fully met throughout their journeys.
