The program charges a flat fee based on the distance traveled, ensuring transparent pricing for riders.
To utilize this program, older adults are required to schedule their trips a few days in advance, with a minimum notice period of 72 hours for public trips. By booking their transportation by 3:00 pm the day before the trip, riders can secure curb-to-curb transportation services within the county at a fixed rate. For journeys outside the county, the program offers competitive pricing at $0.80 cents per mile, offering older adults a cost-effective way to travel.
