Additionally, this program provides paratransit services, accommodating riders with packages or bags and enabling door-to-door or curb-to-curb transportation as needed. With the option for shared rides and the availability of a driver who can wait for passengers during errands or appointments, older adults can enjoy a convenient and reliable transportation service tailored to their needs. The program also allows for on-demand scheduling and accepts various payment methods such as cash, credit card, check, and pre-payment, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for its users.
