Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old. No membership is required.

The Transportation Assistance Program is designed to provide reliable transportation options for older adults. This program offers non-emergency medical transportation via taxi as well as access to public transit services. Riders can schedule rides in advance, typically at least one day prior, and can choose to pay using insurance, vouchers, or donations. There is also the option for a membership fee, flat fee, or Medicaid payments depending on the individual's needs. The program ensures convenience by offering private rides, on-demand scheduling, and shared ride services. Riders can expect assistance with packages or bags, and service animals are permitted onboard. Moreover, the program provides door-to-door, curb-to-curb transportation, and follows fixed schedules for consistent service. Payment options include pre-payment, credit card, check, or cash, accommodating various preferences. For added flexibility, the program includes a feature where the driver can wait for the passenger during errands or appointments.
