To access this service, riders must schedule their trips in advance, with options ranging from on-demand scheduling to booking rides several days or even a week ahead. The program provides flexibility in payment methods, including insurance, vouchers, donations, and Medicaid, and accepts various forms of payment such as cash, checks, and credit cards. Members may be charged a flat fee or pay by the mile, depending on the service provided.
Transportation also ensures accessibility by offering door-to-door and curb-to-curb services, accommodating service animals, and assisting riders with packages.
