R-Tran is a transportation program designed to serve older adults in the community. With an affordable adult fare of $1.00 per ride, and the option for half fare with pre-approval, R-Tran makes it easy for older adults to access transportation services. To use this program, riders must schedule their rides a few days in advance, ensuring that they can plan their trips accordingly. Payment for rides is accepted in cash, providing a convenient and straightforward method for older adults to pay for their transportation.
