This program gives you resources to help you live on your own with hearing loss. Services can include:

  • Recommendations for other groups that can help you get services
  • Classes held in spaces that help you learn easier
  • A person who will help you find counseling or programs to help you live on your own
  •  A place to try out equipment before you buy it

How do I get help?

To get help, please visit Utah's Division of Services of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing website.

For the Taylorsville location, you can call 801-263-4860. if you have a videophone that uses a camera, call 801-657-5200. If you use a teletypewriter, or TTY, call 801-263-4862. A teletypewriter lets you type a message to an operator, who will read it to the person you are calling.

For the St. George location, you can call 435-652-2453. If you have a videophone that uses a camera, call 435-216-9305.
