Nebraska Aid to the Aged, Blind, or Disabled (AABD) Payment Program

This program gives you extra money and health care if you are blind or have a disability. You can get help if you were denied Supplemental Security Income and Medicaid. Supplemental Security Income is money the federal government gives you to pay for your everyday expenses. Medicaid is health care for people who make little to no money.
