Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, grocery shopping, or social or recreational purposes. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you are 60+ years old, or you have a disability. No membership is required.

The Mobility for Area Citizens (MAC) program is a community initiative that provides free transportation services for older adults in the area. This program operates through the generous donations of supporters, and while clients are encouraged to contribute, there is no set fee for the transportation services provided. MAC facilitates transportation via vans, offering older adults a convenient and reliable way to get around. Riders can schedule curb-to-curb transportation services through the program, allowing them to maintain their independence and access essential services and activities. It is important for riders to plan ahead and schedule their rides at least one week in advance to ensure timely and efficient transportation. By participating in the MAC program, older adults can enjoy the benefits of accessible transportation, enabling them to stay connected with their community and lead active and engaged lives.
