Riders eligible for the senior/disabled fare can enjoy a reduced rate of $1.50 for the first 5 miles, with the same $0.25 charge for each additional mile. To access this service, riders must schedule their trips in advance, typically requiring a booking a few days prior to the intended travel date. Payment for rides can be made either by cash or check, offering flexibility to participants. Dial-A-Ride facilitates shared van rides, promoting a sense of community and reducing transportation costs for passengers. When utilizing Dial-A-Ride, individuals can expect reliable curb-to-curb transportation, ensuring they reach their destinations safely and comfortably.
